Information Needed to Prepare Your 1099s
1. Signed Engagement Letter
E-sign the letter electronically or you can also print the letter to sign and return to us.
2. Backup copy of QuickBooks file with complete vendor information or List of your payee information including:
Full legal name of the entity or individual
Federal business tax ID number or social security number
Current mailing address
Amount paid to recipient in 2020
Type of payment (ex: services, rent, non-employee compensation, etc
*We recommend that you always ask vendors you do business with to complete a Form W-9, which will give you the Federal ID number, type of entity, name and address.
