Q: What personal factors do you consider most important in your success?
A: The personal factors I consider most important in my success is the will to "sacrifice" in order to achieve. Eveything has an opportunity cost. I firmly believe that if you want something bad enough, you're going to have to give up something in order to gain.
Q: What aspect of your career excites you?
A: The aspect of my career that excites me the most is the constant challenge. Business and tax are evolving all the time. It males it fun to stay on top of new and current trends in the industry.
Q: What are your standards of success?
A: My standards for success include hard work, hard work and hard work! It is my constant fear of "failure" that drives me to work harder each and every day.

Q: Where did you grow up? What was it like then or how has it changed?
A: I grew up right here in Fresno, California. For those of you who have lived here, Fresno has changed drastically. The valley is constantly developing and growing. I'm glad that I am around to see the positive changes taking place.
Q: Describe your favorite vacation.
A: Hermosa Beach on the Fourth of July -- It's very relaxing. Laying on the beach all day is the perfect way to cut loose and relieve the tension of everyday life. If you haven't experienced Hermosa during this time of year, then you're missing out!
Q: What was your first job?
A: The first job I ever had was as apersonal trainer at Golds Gym of Fresno. During my tenure, I was able to leanr a lot about the fitness industry and how the service clients. The skills and discipline I learned as a personal trainer are a valuable part of my success today.
