Cutting-Edge Firm Seeks Executive Assistant
with 3 - 5 Years of Experience

Our new Executive Assistant team member will play an important role in making sure that the partners and managers of our firm have their appointments scheduled and all of the administrative support they will need. Outlook is a major part of our communication and organization in the office, along with special advanced projects using Excel and Word. We would hope that our Superstar knows the ins and outs of all these programs.
Simply put, we need and Executive Assistant with awesome computer skills and a professional attitude who can multi-task and is extremely organized.

Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook, with the ability to understand new systems quickly
- 3-5 years of strong administrative experience supporting senior executives
- Accounting/Finance experience a plus, including QuickBooks knowledge
- Work as a full team member, with overtime as needed
- Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)
- People-person with customer service experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior time management and multi-tasking skills, with demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects/assignments
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professional demeanor and etiquette required
- Able to interact well with diverse groups with tact and diplomacy and work independently or with a team
